The team prevailed in Monday's preliminary final against the Bears by six shots (68-62).
That result booked Buninyong a spot in the grand final against City Oval and ended Central Wendouree's season.
The Bears have won the last three premierships.
Wayne Morgan and Brian Wilcock were the winning skippers for Buninyong, while Col Johnson led Central Wendouree to its only rink success.
All grand finals across divisions one to five will be played next Monday.
