Michelle Tait led a City Oval combination also featuring Helen Sculley, Janine Roberts and Sandi Grano to victory in the regional finals on the Maryborough Highlands greens on Sunday.
They will play for a state title at Bendigo late next month.
Tait's four began the regionals with a bye and then met Goldfields for the right to progess.
Ballarat trailed a tight battle by one shot after 10 ends.
From there though it was all BDBD and it went on to win by 25-12.
Ballarat came up just short in the regional women's pairs finals at the same venue.
The combination of Marie Russell and Sarah Braybrook took on Val Mortlock and Jenny McHugh from Goldfields first-up.
Russell and Braybrook got away to a strong start to lead 12-5 after 10 ends.
Goldfields settled and found the green to start closing the gap.
While Ballarat sat on 18 for sometime, Goldfields tightened up the scoreline to 18-12 to stay in contention.
However, with ends running out the Ballarat pair held on to advance to the final against Central Highlands.
The weather then turned for the play-off, with squally rain and wind making the conditions difficult for all players.
This did not stop Desma Budd and Chris Plowman get Central Highlands away to a flying start and after seven ends Ballarat trailed 14-3.
When the wild conditons eased, Russell and Braybrook picked up their game and after 13 ends trailed 17-15 to be in contention.
Budd and Plowman were not to be denied though and pressed to win 20-17.
These were the last of the season's regional finals.
