After winning the Women's Community Cricket Competition north-west A-grade Twenty20 final in February, the side has progressed to the one-day league decider with victory on Saturday.
Ballarat beat Cragieburn in the semi-final at St Patrick's College.
A brilliant innings of 94 not out from Emily Sculley helped Ballarat reach 7-205 from their allotted overs before the side bowled out its rivals for 139.
Sculley was also the hero with the ball, snaring 4-13.
Lillee Barendsen was the next best performer for Ballarat, making 41.
Ballarat will now take on Hoppers Crossing, which defeated Altona Roosters in the other semi-final at the weekend.
The grand final is scheduled for this Sunday.
