Racing Victoria veterinarians on Thursday reported lameness in the galloper's left front leg.
This was found during compulsory pre-race veterinary inspections for horses engaged in the inaugural running of the mile.
Material Man and Urban Ruler also did not pass and will be re-examined on Friday as well.
Racing Victoria reported that Foundary had received satisfactory results from detailed veterinary examinations undertaken on the horse over the past week by the stable in consultation with RV.
The Justin Warwick-trained Material Man presented with lameness in its left front foot and the Chris Munce-trained Urban Ruler presented with lameness in its left front limb.
