* The second part of Al Jazeera's undercover investigation into gun lobbyists has revealed Pauline Hanson's One Nation looked at how to get donations from the United States.

* Senator Hanson, her chief of staff James Ashby and Queensland One Nation leader Steve Dickson and chief of staff James Ashby spoke to undercover reporter Rodger Muller about watering down Australia's gun laws.

PAULINE HANSON

* "An MP said it would actually take a massacre in Tasmania to change the gun laws in Australia. Haven't you heard that? Have a look at it. It was said on the floor of parliament."

* "I've read a lot and I have read the book on it, Port Arthur. A lot of questions there."

* "If I had someone try and enter my house and trying to do me harm. I tell you what, I'd have no problems putting a bullet through - I'd shoot them."

* "It is not going to be good for me in the first place. I have to actually take this in baby steps. I have to actually get more people elected to parliament which I will after this federal election. Get more people elected and then these things can be looked at."

STEVE DICKSON

* "We can change the voting system in our country if we got the money to do it."

* "I'm going over to one of those drug-dealing mansions on the beach. I'll hire it for a month. You know the ones that are 25 rooms and the chef and everything. We'll drink and shoot the s**t out of everything down the water. Machine guns and everything, mate that's my dream. We can protect ourselves just in case."

* "In Australia it's rape, it's burglary. We have African gangs now that have been imported to Australia. They're coming into the house with baseball bats to steal your car."

* "Let's look at a gun shop, I'll go there every day. I'll crawl on my knees if I need to." - Dickson takes the travelling party to a gun shop.

* "I'll start to cry. I'll lie on your floor and do bad s**t that I don't want to do. Terrible. Mate, that was a bad time for us. It was like hell on earth." - Dickson tells the gun shop worker about Australia's ban on semi-automatic weapons in 1996.

* "By killing it in our country we kill it in your country. It's like inoculating against a disease. If I said that to the public I'd probably lose everything that I've worked for my whole life." - Dickson on watering down gun laws.

* "I grew up with guns above every door in our house that's just the way it used to be. We could have semi-automatic weapons, we can't have them anymore."

* "If we get the balance of power very simply that means we have the testicles of the government in our hand at every given stage. Guns in the scheme of things are still going to be the be-all and end-all. We'll be able to dictate and make sure that we still have the freedom to be able to shoot."

* "Why don't you knock up a policy for us on guns that we can run with for One Nation?" - Dickson to fake gun lobbyist Rodger Muller.

* "We're looking to protect guns. We don't have the second amendment in our country. We're under attack by a bunch of lefties."

* "The thing you need to understand about the balance of power is the headlock and the 9mm to the back of the head. That's where it sits. Once you say we want something, we will get it. Without it, they don't get any legislation through."

JAMES ASHBY

* "You need to soften people back up again. Part of it will be let's start looking at women's shooting range programmes, self-defence programs whatever those things might be."

* "I don't let them too close to me and I don't let them anywhere near her. That's why I get called an arsehole. They start to come after me because I'm not letting them get close." - Ashby's approach to the media.

* "If the NRA want to rally their supporters within Australia that's one start. I'd love to get my hands on their software. If they can help us with donations - super."

* "I think that's a really wise decision." - Ashby on fake gun lobbyist Rodger Muller drafting One Nation gun policy.

* "People will be like 'what the f*** is he doing over there? What are they doing? There's a contingent of One Nation people in the United States'."

* "I always keep a private email and I keep a work email because work emails are never private - they can be subpoenaed like that. It's something you learn really fast."
