The driver, believed to be a man in his 40s, is out of the truck and is believed to have only suffered minor injuries and shock, however the truck is on its side.
The accident has happened on the Eurambeen-Streatham Road, about 200m from the Eurambeen-Settlement Road intersection at 7.50am.
Oil and diesel is understood to have spilled on the road, however a Hazmat vehicle has not been required.
The CFA has said the truck was carrying more than 9000 litres of diesel and and some fumes were still leaking.
The public is asked to avoid the area if possible.
