Earlier: EMERGENCY Crews are responding to reports of a truck on fire in Neill Street, Beaufort.
The trailer is on fire near the corner of Speke Street.
Crews are attempting to stop the fire extending to trees in the area.
Police have closed off parts of the Western Freeway, however is reporting the fire is now under control.
It is believed the truck was carrying a load of cardboard which has fuelled the blaze
