Sited on nine hectares (20 acres) of land, the huge 60-square home has five bedrooms with a matching five bathrooms, library and study spaces, a kitchen and walk-in pantry and immense outdoor living areas.
Vendor Jane De Vries says the view that the property offered was the reason she and her husband chose the site to build on originally.
"We're Melbourne people originally and we moved to Ballarat for work; my husband chose to set up his business True Foods in Maryborough, where he could buy a factory, rather than Braeside in Melbourne where it was very expensive," she says.
"As city people, we liked the idea of a bush block, and the beauty of where we chose was that Sulky was this hidden pocket just over 10 minutes from the children's schools."
The property features an large outdoor pool, tennis court and fire pit area, entertainment spaces that worked well with the needs of teenage children, says Ms De Vries.
She says working with Aaron Dunn on the design and build of their home was one of the great pleasures of the project.
"He has a great eye, and Renovative were the most amazing team to work with."
36 Jubilee Road is available through Damien Caine Real Estate.
