The Vikings have never been to round four of the national knockout tournament and Goodman is looking to a big home crowd to help his side produce an upset against a higher-ranked opponent.
Sebastopol plays in the Football Victoria men's state league three competition, while Murray United is part of NPLV2.
Goodman said the Vikings had "nothing to lose" against a quality club that has former Australian striker Archie Thompson within its squad.
Saturday's game will begin at 2pm.
Meanwhile, Ballarat City's tough start to the 2019 season has continued with defeat in the Nike FC Cup.
The side was beaten in the statewide elimination competition by Preston Lions at Morshead Park on Thursday evening.
Two goals in both halves secured victory for the visitors, which eventually prevailed 4-2.
Ballarat City leveled the scores at 1-1 thanks to a goal from Alex Murphy and then got it back to 3-2 when Amy Whiting scored from a free kick.
City coach Tessa Curtain said despite the result, it was a great game from her side.
"The girls were in it the whole game. Huge improvement across the board from last game," she said.
Ballarat City will take a break over Easter before its women's state league one north-west campaign resumes on April 28.
