Rokewood-Corindhap joint-coach Damon Delaney has described Shaune Moloney's influence as "pivotal" in the club's unprecedented start to a Central Highlands Football League season.

Moloney, a North Ballarat Roosters VFL great, joined the Grasshoppers as a joint-coach to Delaney late last year and has helped the senior side to an unbeaten start after three rounds.
It is the best beginning to a season for the club, which joined the competition in 2011.
The Grasshoppers have never won more than four games in a single campaign.
"It has been a great start to the year, which we set out to do," Delaney told The Courier.
Delaney said Moloney had played an important off-field role since his arrival.
"I think he brings a big sense of enthusiasm to the club just by his personality," he said.
"But not only that. He's very knowledgeable and been very good at putting the right things in place for us in terms of culture and leadership and setting out what needs to be done to improve the club as a whole."
Rokewood-Corindhap has beaten Learmonth, Daylesford and Carngham-Linton in the opening rounds and is getting set for a massive test this Saturday against premiership fancies Waubra.
The Grasshoppers and Roos are the only two unbeaten teams left in the competition.
Delaney said his side was up for the challenge this weekend.
"It kick-starts a pretty crucial three-week period for us leading up into the interleague break," he said.
"I think when that comes along, we will get a good gauge on where we are really sitting among the pecking order."
After the Roos, the Grasshoppers have games against Skipton (12th) and Bungaree (eighth).
