The American guard went down with a knee injury in Rush's round three clash with Dandenong.
Jenkins had a brace removed from her knee on Thursday and will aim to be fit for round five.
Basketball Ballarat director of coaching Brendan Joyce conceded the absence of Jenkins would make things tough against Knox, which has three wins in four games.
He said it would provide other players with an opportunity to stand up.
"I still think they are capable of winning," he said.
The Selkirk Rush is without a win in three games.
