Sunbury, East Point, Ballarat and North Ballarat City have all been perfect thus far, however that group is set to be broken up when the Kangaroos and Swans clash.
East Point coach Jo Bayles said she has been content with the Kangaroos performances so far this year.
"Our biggest thing has been reining in our discipline," she said.
"The girls have been a bit inconsistent early in games but we've played a lot stronger in the second half which has been great to see."
Elsewhere five of the competitions teams (Darley, Redan, Lake Wendouree, Sebastopol and Melton) will all look for their first win of the season.
Lake Wendouree have looked strong in their two opening losses, falling to each of the 2018 grand finalists by a combined five points.
The Lakers will host the win-less Sebastopol who are coming off two weeks without a game due to the Easter break and a bye.
Darley will head on the road to face off against Melton South, Redan will host the undefeated Sunbury, Melton will travel to Bacchus Marsh for a meeting with the Cobras.
