Another car has gone up in flames in Ballarat under suspicious circumstances this morning, this time in a vacant carpark.

A dual-cab Hilux ute suffered extensive damage after it was set alight in a carpark near the Ken Kay Badminton Stadium and the Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre.
Firefighters were first called to the blaze about 6.40am, with Ballarat City and Wendouree trucks attending the scene.
It was quickly brought under control and fully extinguished within half an hour.
Police are now investigating the car fire, which is one of more than 40 around the Ballarat area since the start of the year.
Another car fire broke out in Sebastopol on May 1, with a fire at 11.30pm on the corner of Queen and Albert streets.
