The Mother's Day event has been dubbed the "Go Pink Ribbon Round" in recognition of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Western Region president Kenny Watts said it was an emotional round for him after his mother passed away from cancer four years ago.
"She passed away right before the Ballarat round of the western regions so I thought it would be a good idea to do something special for all women affected by cancer this Mother's Day.
"We will be asking our riders and their families for donations for the foundation," he said.
"Cancer has affected a lot of people in this sport and mothers are a big part of our sport too."
Kenny said any mother racing on Sunday would automatically go into a draw to have their entry fee fully refunded.
"Any mother who is at the race and signs-in their child will also go into a draw for an awesome Mother's Day hamper," he said.
"We're hoping to have a bit of fun on Mother's Day too, as well as raising awareness of cancer and as much money as possible for the National Breast Cancer Foundation."
Racing starts at 9am.
