The Miners proved too good for their competition as they cruised to a comfortable 104-74 victory at the Minerdome on Sunday.
The win consolidates Ballarat's position atop the Big V ladder with an unblemished nine wins from nine matches.
Power Forward Amos Brooks led the way for the victors tallying 21 points and 12 rebounds in the contest.
Meanwhile the Ballarat Rush lost its fifth straight match after going down to the Nunawading Spectres in the Big V Victorian youth championship women's competition.
The Rush are currently placed seventh on the ladder with two wins from nine games.
The Rush will look to bounce back this Sunday in its road match-up with the Sunbury Jets.
The Ballarat Miners will take on the Warrandyte Venom in Warrandyte.
