Kevin Bloody Wilson will perform his show F.U.P.C. at the Mercure Hotel on Monday night at 8pm.
After 35 years as a performer, he said he "doesn't go out of his way to offend people" but if they're they type to get offended they probably shouldn't head along to his show.
"Political correctness wasn't even mentioned 35 years ago when I first recorded," he said.
"It's a crock of s**t anyway - if it's political then there's a real good chance it's not f**king correct. You've only got to look at what's going on in Australia at the moment to realise that."
The show he's bringing to Ballarat was filmed for a online streaming service while Wilson was in Los Angeles in April. He said his show "does fly in the face of political correctness", but most punters knew what they getting into.
"You never get people storming out or saying 'I was mortified', that doesn't happen," he said.
"For the most part people just read it for what it is: it's fun."
