Melbourne's premier Gilbert & Sullivan Company, Savoy Opera Company Inc., are bringing Patience to Ballarat's Mechanic's Institute on the 19th of May. Patience was Gilbert & Sullivan's sixth collaboration, opened in London in 1881, and ran for 578 performances.
