The AFL Victoria Community Championships senior netball encounter was a one-sided affair as the Highlanders cruised to a big 41-goal win.
The hosts were never really threatened on their way to a 71-30 success at Learmonth.
Goal defence Jedda Heard won the medal as Central Highlands' best on court.
"It was a great win. I think the best way to describe it was pretty seamless," coach Jordan O'Keefe said.
"We managed to get everyone out there on the court as well for at least a half. The majority of the players got three quarters out there and I think that was really important for interleague... particularly with new faces and new players playing interleague for the first time.
"Every combination worked really well. The girls were probably a bit more driven this time than I found in other interleague campaigns and I found the connection off the court with them was really good from the start..."

While Heard won the medal, O'Keefe was also full of praise for fellow defender Madi Davis, who was "outstanding" for the winners.
While he didn't know the full extent of O'Brien's leg injury on Saturday afternoon, O'Keefe felt it would require her to spend some time on the sidelines.
O'Brien plays at club level for Learmonth where O'Keefe is the senior coach.
