The Dragons piled on 31 goals, with forward Anna Baxter topping the list, registering nine goals in the win.
Baxter, who was a member of East Point's 2018 grand final team kicked 12 goals in 15 games last season. She has already kicked 24 goals in four games this year.
Redan and Melton Central also remained unbeaten, registering convincing wins on Sunday afternoon.
Melton Central controlled their match against rivals Melton from the start, not allowing a goal from the Bloods until the final quarter.
Redan traveled to Darley, coming away with their third 100-point-plus win of the season against the Devils. Redan's next game will be against a win-less Carisbrook side who was fell to Gisborne at the weekend.
Carisbrook could only manage two goals against a much stronger Gisborne side, ultimately losing 97-13.
In the closest game of the weekend, the Sebastopol remained without a win, going down on the road to Bacchus Marsh.
The Burras trailed by only two at the first break but the Cobras proved too good from then on, outscoring Sebastopol 25-3 in the final three quarters.
