Riding from the second scratch bunch, Nankervis finished ahead of National Road Series competitor Tristan Ward (scratch), who produced the fastest time in the 85km event taking in Kingston, Blampied and Smeaton on Saturday.
Michael Pierce (second scratch) was third.
Nankervis reaped the benefit of an attacking move early in the third of three laps, managing to hold off a fast-finishing Ward.
Ward led the scratch bunch which came from a minute back going into a hilly section with 10 kilometres to go.
The field comprised 30 riders, including seven visitors, in seven bunches spread over 36 minutes.
