It is at least the third time in the past two months cars parked overnight at the station have been targeted, with police once again reviewing CCTV footage of the incidents to find the offenders.
It is also the second time in a week cars at the station have been vandalised.
Cars have also recently been hit at Ballarat Train Station and at the McCain car park.
Senior Sergeant Anthony Trainer said the cars were broken into sometime between midnight and 5am.
"There's no evidence at this stage that the cars had been left unlocked, we have had some instances where drivers side windows have been smashed in and cars ransacked," he said.
"The investigation is continuing and we are now sifting through CCTV footage as part of that investigations."

Senior Sergeant Trainer said police were also working with PSO's to give information to drivers about making their cars as unremarkable as possible to limit the chances of theft occurring.
He reiterated pleas for people to take valuables out of cars if they need to leave them parked for a long period of time.
Anyone with information regarding the overnight thefts or any others in recent times is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
