According to charge sheets seen by The Courier, one of the accused, Georgia Cleary, 24, allegedly stole five cars from across Ballarat and Creswick between October last year and Tuesday.
Another accused, Brandon Holmes, 24, has several charges for handling stolen number plates, as well as stealing a car on Tuesday while on bail.
They will face court again later this month.
The charge sheets for all three include serious driving offences, including failing to stop for police, running red lights, speeding, and driving unregistered vehicles, some with false plates, while disqualified from holding a license.
The youth, who cannot be named, faced the Childrens' Court and did not apply for bail.
He is accused of possessing 3.26 grams of methamphetamine and 70g of cannabis, as well as almost $3000 in cash.
He also faces four charges of reckless conduct, including dangerous driving, colliding with parked cars, and knocking a bystander to the ground.
He will appear again later this month.
UPDATE: Detectives from Ballarat Divisional Response Unit have made a breakthrough in the recent spate of vehicle thefts around railway stations in recent weeks.
Investigators have executed a warrant in Iona Drive, Sebastopol where they have arrested three men and woman over a series of alleged incidents.
A 24-year-old Wendouree man, a 25-year-old Delacombe man, a 17-year-old boy and a 24-year-old Ballarat woman have all charged in relation to the raid.
Police will allege a large amount of property from the recent thefts was located at the property.They say they also located drugs including methyl amphetamine and cannabis.
All have been charged and will appear at Ballarat Magistrates' Court today.
EARLIER: Three adults and a youth have been charged with a number of offences including drug trafficking and burglary after police conducted a raid at a Sebastopol premises late on Tuesday afternoon.
Three males and one woman were last night charged with a series of offences and have been remanded to appear in court today.
It is the latest in a series of arrests Ballarat police have made in recent weeks over a number of thefts in the region.
