On Sunday morning Northern Grampians police nabbed a 46-year-old Great Western man at 140km/h in a 100km/h zone on the Western Highway at Dobie.
The man was fined $604 and his licence was suspended for six months.
Donald police have so far given out four penalty notices for speeding drivers, reaching speeds between 127km/h and 130km/h on the Calder Highway.
It comes after St Arnaud police caught seven speeding motorists in the space of eight hours on the Wimmera Highway on Friday.
Station commander Sergeant Bill Alford said five of the motorists were caught speeding between 15 and 25km/h over the 100km/h speed limit.
Victoria Police's Operation Regal will run until Monday night.
During last year's operation, Horsham Police Service Area officers nabbed one drink driver, three drug drivers, and 38 speeding drivers.
