Leading milk brands in Australia's biggest supermarkets have been recalled by the food safety regulator after they were found to be contaminated with cleaning solution.

All Victorian customers who bought any of the eight affected brands in Coles, Woolworths, IGA and other independent stores have been advised not to drink the product and return it for a refund.
Coles has posted to Facebook that its customers from Lavington, Deniliquin and Albury in NSW should also return their affected milk.

* Pauls Full Cream Milk 1L Bottle (use by date: 26 and 27 June 2019)
* Pauls Smarter White Milk 1L Bottle (use by date: 25, 26 and 27 June 2019)
* REV 1L Bottle (use by date: 28 June 2019)
* PhysiCAL Low Fat 1L Bottle (use by date: 26 June 2019)
* PhysiCAL Skim 1L Bottle (use by date: 27 June 2019)
Food Standards Australia and New Zealand said the milk might have a yellow colour and a metallic taste.
It advised anyone concerned about their health to seek medical advice.
