The jerseys feature some of the defining features around the city such as the Arch of Victory, Lake Wendouree's Olympic Rings and Sovereign Hill's poppet head.
The uniforms tie into the clubs partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, who will be fundraising at the Minerdome during Saturday's games against Diamond Valley.
Amira Willingham from Hotondo Homes said she was extremely proud to be partnering with the foundation ahead of Saturday's games.
"When we were approached about the NBL1 City round and raising money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, it was something that really rang true for us," she said.
"We're very community orientated and the jersey does reflect everything we wanted - we're very proud of Ballarat and it really does represent everything we find rings true for Ballarat."
