The organisation is set to receive more than $44,000 in funding from the state government to build on its Equality for All pilot program.
Equality for All ambassadors, from varying backgrounds, share their stories and learnings from each other to help break barriers and celebrate diversity in the community. They aim to make visible their differences and the courage to be their true selves.
Women involved in the program made their first public speaking engagements on the eve of International Women's Day in March. Funding will allow for training of more female ambassadors to speak on broader issues of gender inequality and discrimination.
WHG chief executive officer Marianne Hendron said the ambassadors were in high demand for speaking to businesses across the Grampians that were keen to respond to a need for differing perspectives.

"The women in this (Equality for All ) project have got such diverse, lived experience and now they have all this confidence to speak about it," Ms Hendron said. "Funding helps improve and increase our capacity in helping embed gender equality in actions of organisations."
The Equality for All program boost comes from the government's Free from Violence Innovation Fund.
This comes as Prevention of Family Violence Minister Gabrielle Williams also announced a $1.2 million to support women's health services statewide.
Women's Health Grampians will receive $100,000 for its program work with partner organisations to promote gender equality, including bystander training to call out sexism at work.
Buninyong MP Michaela Settle said funding for women's health services helped create a grassroots culture chance to stop sexist attitudes than can lead to violence.
"By helping local and regional partners work together - from the local council to the local footy club - we're promoting equality and respect for women in all areas of Victorian life," Ms Settle said.
