The club's committee announced the news at training on Thursday night, revealing the appointment of Mitch Jenkins and Brendan Howard for the 2020 and 2021 campaigns.
Jenkins and Howard, who both arrived from North Ballarat City ahead of the 2016 season and played in the Crows' breakthrough premiership last year, also have the option of going on for a third season in charge.
"We've known since last year this would be his last year, so it has given us plenty of time to get ourselves organised," club spokesman Nick Franc said.
"Rohan has done a great job - his record sort of speaks for itself..."
Franc was excited by the appointment of Jenkins and Howard, who will serve as on-field coaches.
"They are ripping fellas, very well respected and quality blokes," he said.
Brown took on the senior coaching role in 2017 following two seasons as the club's assistant to Dale Power. He took the team to a grand final defeat in his first year and then landed the flag in 2018.
This year, Brown was joint coach of the Central Highlands Football League senior side alongside Heath Pyke. The Highlanders were beaten in the interleague clash by North Central.
Brown told The Courier he was extremely thankful for being lured to the club by former coach Phil Crouch and Franc.
"I owe that club more than it owes me," Brown said.
"It's been unbelievable to me and I wish I could stay there forever, but it's a great move that these boys (Jenkins and Howard) have signed up."
Brown said while there was nothing in the pipeline, he had plans to continue his coaching career in the future.
"I want to keep coaching, I love it. I'm invested in coaching and furthering my coaching," he said.
Beaufort is currently ninth on the Central Highlands Football League ladder and will take on Hepburn in an important match on Saturday.
