More than 80 young potential 'triple threat' performers studying singing, dancing and acting have been rehearsing hard before they take to the stage on July 27 and 28 at the Loreto College Theatre.
The young cast have been rehearsing for several months in preparation for the annual production.
Some of the Mulan cast members were also part of the cast for last year's production of Madagascar, from which 23 students have been invited to Newcastle in September to perform Madagascar Junior at the Junior Theatre Celebrations Australia.
The eight to 12 year olds will begin re-rehearsing Madagascar straight after they present Mulan at the end of the month.
