Award-winning investigative journalist Louise Milligan - best known for her stories about the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and her compelling exposé about the crimes committed by George Pell - spoke with The Courier about her lengthy investigation into the Catholic Church, which she says was never about ideology, but about the abuse of children. Cardinal Pell has appealed his conviction and a decision by the Court of Appeals is imminent.
