The 2019/20 season fixture was announced on Thursday, with Mars Stadium set to host all four matches, including an all-Melbourne affair.
Western United will be the home team for the clashes, with a match against Melbourne City in April arguably the highlight.
The first match will be on December 28 this year, with New Zealand-based Wellington set to travel to Ballarat.
Matches against Brisbane Roar, Western Sydney Wanders and Melbourne City will follow in the back half of the season.
The club will also host nine home games in Geelong.
The announcement of some home games in Ballarat is not a shock, although scoring four is a massive boost for soccer in the city.
Western United had long-been talked up as becoming the team of Western Victoria and football director Steve Horvat told The Courier exclusively in July that he hoped to bring matches to the city.
Back then, he hinted towards only "two or three" games.
The club had also held a supporter's information night in late July in a further show of commitment to the city.
More to come.
