Larni Howard, Carly Elderfield and Arna Howard led an all Burras cast of winners at the ceremony at Lake Wendouree Football Netball Club on Tuesday.
The awards recognised on-court excellence in the 17/under, 15/under and 13/under competitions.
Howard produced a stellar season in the 17/under squad, leading her side to an impressive 14 wins from 16 matches.
She edged-out Learmonth's Emily Findlay by a single vote to claim the trophy.

Howard said she knew it would be a close race.
"I wasn't really expecting it. I knew it would come down to the last game and I was keeping track of votes," she said.
Elderfield was equally impressive in the 15/under competition.
The centre-court standout led her team to an almost perfect 15 wins from 16 games, beating out all other vote-getters by 10 votes.
Her consistent brilliance helped the Burras secure pole position heading into the post-season.
She said the award came as a surprise after playing most of the season with a sore achilles tendon.
"It feels amazing, I was really nervous going in. I won the award back in 2017 as an under-13 when I was top-age," she said.
"I was a little bit injured during the season, so I didn't think I was going to go as well."
Arna Howard, who led her 13/under outfit to the same record, was equally as excited after winning the award for the second straight year.
She told The Courier that both years had been a very close race.
"It felt pretty good, we've got a really good coach, and our teammates are really supportive as well," she said.
The event marked the first time ever three Hepburn players have taken out all three awards on the night. Burras' 17/under and 13/under coach Tracy Howard said it felt amazing.
"We've got a good group of girls coming through, our senior coaches and junior coaches all work together to develop them, so we are doing really well," she said.
