The ban means he will not play again until the first week of the Ballarat Football League finals owing to the Lions having a bye in Saturday's penultimate home and away round.
Duhau was reported and yellow carded for rough conduct against Melton on Saturday.
He will miss Sunbury's round 18 clash with Bacchus Marsh at Clarke Oval.
The Lions dropped from third to sixth after losing to Melton by 18 points, but is still just game away from top position.
