Melton South, Ballarat and Bacchus Marsh all remain in contention for a finals appearance, sitting in fifth, sixth and seventh respectively.
Holding one more win than the Swans and Cobras, the Panthers are positioned best heading into the final two weeks, however will have its hands full in its pursuit to remain in the top six.
Melton South head on the road at the weekend to face Bacchus Marsh. A win against the Cobras would lock the Panthers into finals, while a loss would leave the door open for the Marsh and Swans.
Ballarat will have to put together some of its best form at the weekend if it hopes to best position itself for a finals push when the Swans host North Ballarat City.
The two sides have only met once this season with North coming away with a comfortable 56-37 win at home.
Elsewhere East Point will be rooting for a North loss, which could open the door for the Roos to move back into the top two with a win over Darley.
Lake Wendouree will look to lock in a top-four finish with a win over Redan at home while the Bloods and Burras will duke it out in Melton.
Sunbury will enjoy a bye week ahead of an important final round game against Bacchus Marsh.
