The Rebels will welcome Harry Sharp and Josh Dwyer back into the fold as they head to Box Hill for the do-or-die match-up.
Rebels' coach Mark Grieg told The Courier the team's recent run of strong form - four wins in five games - has helped build momentum for the wild-card contest.
"The boys are up and about," he said.
"We've been really competitive over the end the season... we're seeing the best form from the group has produced all season which is going to be extremely important heading into the game."
Grieg pointed towards development over time as the key reason for the Rebels' recent lift in performance.
"It's just natural progression and development. The boys have worked hard all season to improve and are showing that improvement out on the ground."
