Ballarat, Melton South and Bacchus Marsh will all be hoping for victories at the weekend to secure its spot in the post-season.
The Swans have perhaps the easiest path to a finals appearance, facing the bottom of the ladder Darley Devils on the road. A Swans victory would ensure the team a finals spot if either Bacchus Marsh or Melton South lose.
The Cobras and Panthers will have a significantly harder task at the weekend, facing top-two sides Sunbury and North Ballarat City respectively. Neither team has beaten the Lions or North so far this season.
A victory for either team would lock the winner into finals, regardless of the Ballarat v Darley result.
Elsewhere Redan will host Melton while Lake Wendouree heads on the road to try and gain some momentum for finals against Sebastopol. East Point has the final-round bye.
