The school is opening up its doors to the local community and families to have fun exploring STEAM - science, technology, engineering, arts and maths through a series of experiments and activities.
"It's all about exploring our curiosity and creativity within our community," said Mount Pleasant Primary principal Kate Robinson.
"Our idea is to engage with families and our local community friends and have them come in and do hands-on science and art activities."
The school's STEAM coordinator Paul McAloon said the fun activities would help build 21st century skills.
"We are looking at skills in science, technology, engineering and more which create opportunities for critical and creative thinking," he said.
Visitors to the school's STEAM night, which runs from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday September 5, can also enjoy a free barbecue and performances from the school choir.
