It was the first taste of reserves premiership glory for 31 years and it was a slog for an 11-point victory.
The Tigers thwarted every effort by Creswick to turn the game its way in the first half.
The door came ajar in the third term when Ryan Knowles ran the ball down and kicked it for a major and a five-point lead.
It was on for young and old in the final quarter and once again Knowles stepped up to the plate and kicked a huge bomb to seal the deal.
Zackary Lubeek also kicked two goals, with singles from Brett Hagen, Toby Goss, Paul Phillips and Michael Griffin.
It was a big effort from the Wickers and stand outs included Dean Romeril, Paul Hofman, Mitchell Gervasoni, Jacob Plier and Jacob Hepworth.
Romeril was awarded the best on ground medal.
It was a tough day for Springbank, but there were some great efforts from players like Mitchell Hodge, Terence Maher, James Waller, Simon Quinlan and Tynan Haintz.
Goals came from Travis Toohey with two and singles from Karl Maher, Colin Vaughan and Callum Winter.
It was a sweet victory for Gordon in the under-18 grand final after dismantling a more favored Buninyong outfit.
The Eagles trailed the Bombers by eight points in the first term, but came back strongly in the second to lead by seven.
A five-goal to one-goal third quarter tipped the game Gordon's way with young Eagle Connor Ascough booting three majors.
Ascough slotted the last goal of the match - making a total of five - and earned the best-on-ground medal for his efforts.
It was a 38-point win and Ascough shared the limelight with others like Lucas Blazko, Bailey Colligan, Ben Frazer, Luke Dobler and Lachlan Cain-Sultana.
Buninyong's only multiple goal-scorer was Luke Cullen with three.
Bombers who stood tall included Nicholas Pantzidis, Hunter Donald, Jack Atkinson, Max Wood, Lochlan Stewart and Harry O'Keane.
And earlier, Gordon broke a 20-year under-15 premiership drought, downing Springbank by 36 points.
It was poise and skill that the Eagles showed which the Tigers couldn't handle.
Cameron Reynolds, Daniel Pascoe, Jack Johnston, Darcy Frantz, Jake Cardona and Jyli Ferris were best for the premiers.
But it was Frantz who was judged best on ground and he deserved it after a cool, methodical role in the ruck and even a goal in the final term from a powerful kick.
