A 37-year-old man was allegedly caught speeding and drug driving in a stolen car at Pentland Hills.
Heavy Vehicle Unit officers detected a white Hilux travelling along the Western Highway at 147km/h in a 110km/h zone about 12.20pm on Tuesday.
Officers established the vehicle was stolen and the male driver produced a suspended probationary licence before returning a positive drug test.
The Point Cook man is expected to be charged on summons with speeding, drug driving, theft of motor vehicle and other traffic-related offences.
