The Rotary Club of Ballarat announced Miners Rest Primary School, Bungaree Primary School, Phoenix P-12 Community College, Mount Egerton Primary School and the Ballarat Dragon Boat Club as community partners of SpringFest 2019.
SpringFest director Robert Glass launched the SpringFest Market Sunday and Trots Night events at the Ballarat Golf Club on Thursday.
More than 15,000 people are expected to enjoy 500 market stalls serving up a wide range of food, art and craft, music, clothing, jewellery, plants, performers, car displays, events and activities for all ages at Springfest Market Sunday around Lake Wendouree on November 24.

It is estimated 200 people will attend the fundraising Trots Night on Thursday September 19.
Mr Glass said he was hoping to raise $40,000 for the community across the two events, funds that will which will be shared between donations to community partners and supporting Rotary Club of Ballarat projects.
"SpringFest is a win win for a lot of the community," he said.
"The money we raise goes straight back to community. The Market Sunday also gives community groups an opportunity to showcase their activities and raise money of their own accord as well."

Power FM Ballarat breakfast radio host Julia Zass and Ballarat Masterchef contestant Tim Bone were announced as SpringFest ambassadors at the launch.
"It is so wonderful seeing such a huge crowd turn out for a wonderful event in Ballarat," Ms Zass said.
"It is definitely the event I most look forward to in Ballarat, seeing the community coming together and people from all walks of life coming to enjoy it, whether it be the food, the wine or the children's activities, there is something for everyone."
Ms Zass said she was also looking forward to trying Mr Bone's toasted sandwiches that will be a new addition to the Market Sunday event.
"Since Masterchef the local support from Ballarat has been amazing and overwhelming," Mr Bone said.
"I thank Rotary for including me in a special event like this."
SpringFest Market Sunday will run from 10am to 4pm at Lake Wendouree on November 24.
