Field umpires referred the incidents to the MRP via their post-match report.
The melees occurred in time-on in the second quarter and 28 minutes into the last quarter.
No players were reported.
The MRP might also look at post-match footage as players left the ground.
The second of the melees occurred after Sebastopol's Geoff Lovett was awarded a free kick in the teeth of the Burra goals after played had moved up the ground.
When umpires restored order, Geoff Lovett booted his fourth goal of the day to extend Sebastopol's lead to an unbeatable 18 points over Melton.
Tensions appeared to continue as players from each side congregated as they left the field, but this was quickly dispersed without incident and the need for any intervention of match-day officials.
