Ballarat, who entered the weekend on the back of a solid 20-6 win over Monash, was firing on all cylinders from the get-go against the Sharks.
Six Falcons players (Jack Bell, Duncan McIntosh, Daniel Parkinson, Billy Pedretti, Peter McKay and Chandler Pearce) reached the end-zone for eight touchdowns.
The offence received a constant supply of opportunities thanks to some terrific defence, which only allowed seven points in the 51-point demolition.
The win lifts the Falcons to sixth on the competition ladder ahead of its block-buster clash with the fourth-placed Geelong Buccaneers.
The two side's haven't met in nearly a year, when Geelong handed Ballarat a 54-6 on the road.
The two side's will face off at MacPherson Park Recreation Reserve in Melton on Saturday from 10.30am.
