The AFL Goldfields match review panel did not find cause to lay any charges against individuals from either Sebastopol or Melton.
Field umpires on the day referred two melees - one deep into time-on in the last quarter at the City Oval - to the MRP for investigation.
While there will be no individual penalties, BFL operations manager Shane Anwyl said each club had been fined for their involvement in the melees.
