The 17-year-old was last seen at her at a home in Clarkson Street, Sebastopol, about 11.30pm on Monday September 2.
Police are concerned for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Kimberley has been known to frequent Ballarat and surrounds.
Investigators have released an image in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.

In a separate case, Ballarat East girl Kaylah McGennisken-Kors, 15, was last seen at an address on York Street about 10pm on August 29.
Police and family members hold concerns for Kaylah's welfare due to her age and length of time missing.
Kaylah is known to frequent the Ballarat, Wendouree, Delacombe, Braybrook and Sunshine areas and is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall, thin build with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes.
