The Crows confirmed the much-loved player had resigned for the 2020 and 2021 Central Highlands Football League seasons via their Facebook page.
He has also been appointed as reserves coach for next year.
Garvey is a multiple best and fairest winner at Beaufort and was part of the club's breakthrough senior premiership in 2018.
His recommitment is a big boost for new coaches Mitch Jenkins and Brendan Howard, who have taken over at the helm from Rohan Brown.
Brown departed at the end of the 2019 season and has recently joined North Ballarat City as an assistant to head coach Shane Skontra.
After winning the 2018 premiership, Beaufort was unable to complete back-to-back flags this year after being knocked out by Gordon in a semi-final.
The Eagles were then defeated by Waubra, which went on to win the 2019 grand final.
