Joshua Gibcus, Ben Hobbs, Charlie Molan, Josh Rentsch and Nick Stevens help make up the group which will undertake high-performance training and attend camps over the 2020 pre-season.
Twenty-one players in the Country and Metro hubs will be eligible for selection in the 2020 NAB AFL Draft, with a further nine 'bottom-age' players in each hub eligible for selection in 2021.
Players selected to the hub will form the basis of next year's Vic Country squad for the NAB AFL Under-18 Championships, with other players able to be added to the squads in the lead-up to the 2020 national carnival taking place across the country.
Molan, Gibcus and Stevens are all from Ballarat, while Hobbs hails from Horsham and Rentsch is from Penshurst.
The Vic Country squad will come together from 15 December to 19 December.
