The defending premier dismissed Naps-Sebas for 129 after setting a first-innings target of 150 runs.
East Ballarat opener Chris Jerram led the way for the victors with a run total of 48. He proved just as capable with the ball in hand with bowling figures of 4/22.
Meanwhile all other games were abandoned due to poor weather.
