Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is recovering after having surgery on his left elbow, the Premier League club said Thursday.

The Frenchman suffered the injury during the Premier League match with Brighton and Hove Albion in October.
"Surgery was advised after further reviews by specialists found the elbow remained unstable," Tottenham said on their website."
"(He) remains on course to return to training in the early part of next year."
