The committee took to Facebook on Friday to make the announcement following advice from City of Ballarat ground staff.
"Upon advice from CoB ground staff there would be no turf cricket this weekend due to the lack of preparation given the current weather conditions," the post read.
"The rain received and the foretasted conditions for the remainder of today and Saturday has allowed the Pennant Committee, upon advice from the Grounds Committee and CoB, to make the decision to cancel all Senior and Junior cricket for Saturday, November 9."
This is fourth straight week rain has interrupted matches.
Last week all senior first-grade games were forced to abandon the second day of a two-day round.
This followed the week prior where only one match was able to yield a result.
