Racers put the pedal to the metal over the weekend for round six of the Victorian Country Series go-kart championships in Haddon.
Wet weather made for challenging conditions for drivers, who battled it out across 12 categories in an effort to win glory on the tarmac.
More than 200 competitors staked their claim across the weekend, including 24 from the Ballarat Kart Club.
Joe Fawcett claimed top honours for the club after crossing the finish line first in the KA4 junior light category.
Dominic Kucina finished close behind in sixth, successfully achieving his goal of a top-10 finish.
Tain Venables produced a solid drive to finish second in the 125 light category, while Mal Mason (5th), Paul Feely (5th), Jordan Malcolm (6th), John Page (6th), Ray Dumesney (8th) and Greg Ord (9th) all finished in the top-10 of their respective categories.
Feely also managed to finish in the top five for the overall series in the 125 heavy category.
Ballarat was the last stage of the series which took in country tracks in Horsham, Hamilton, Cobden, Warnambool and Portland throughout the year.
The Ballarat Kart Club will be holding 'come and try' days between now and next year.
