Jeremy Kyle James Gay, 25, was arraigned in the County Court at Ballarat on Tuesday.
Crown prosecutor Andrew Moore said Gay had been speaking to teenage girls online, including the first victim, who was 15 at the time.
Gay was 22 at the time, but said he was younger.
She agreed to come to his Sebastopol house after texting over Snapchat and Facebook Messenger in April or May 2018.
Once there, she was introduced to Gay's mother, and she stayed for three nights, having sex three times.
The other two charges relate to Gay sending photos of himself naked to two 14-year-old girls in 2018 and 2019.
The two girls, who live in Gippsland, were friends but had a falling out over Gay - neither ever met him, nor were they asked to meet.
Their parents submitted victim impact statements, which were read to the court - one's mother noted she "locked myself away so she didn't see me crying, crying because I didn't know what to do".
I thought she could have been physically hurt, and she was mentally hurt.

The mother of the other victim said she "worr(ies) about how all that has happened has affected my daughter".
One of the victims also submitted a statement, and said her eating disorder had gotten worse and she had suffered panic attacks.
"I have suffered self-doubt, and have a hard time trusting others, I'm angry I was led on and fooled," she said in her statement.
"I was scared he wanted to have a go at me because we went to police."
Gay's defence lawyer, Jarred Hofman, said Gay lived with an intellectual disability, and had a troubled upbringing.
"We absolutely concede the charges are serious," he said.
"This is occuring in context of someone with an intellectual disability, in an online environment.
"There's no attempt to conceal or minimise offending, and he made full admissions in a detailed record of interview."
Mr Hofman added Gay had not received any therapeutic treatment, and had been unemployed for some time.
Since being on remand, he said Gay had completed courses and was enjoying working in prison.
It was noted that Gay is pleading guilty to similar, though less serious, charges in the Magistrates' Court - these include grooming, possession and distribution of child abuse material, and attempting to procure girls for child pornographic material - that is, asking girls on Facebook for naked photos.
Gay has been on remand since his arrest last year, and will be sentenced by Judge Michael Bourke at a date to be set.
Judge Bourke asked for a Forensicare psychiatric report, a Corrections suitability report, and a statement of eligibility for a justice plan before he began sentencing.
